There are strict rules you must follow to be able to contribute to this account. However, you will be banned to get this opportunity if you do that contributions of $ 200 or less each year, you are already contributing to a deferred retirement account, such as 401k or 457 or you are a contributor to other tax annuities shelter, you are not a resident of the United States and you are an employee or student who will work at least twenty hours per week.
