Calamos Funds

Calamos FundsWhat is the Growth Fund better for my 401k? Calamos Growth A or the Victory Diversified Stock A?

My company 401k plan has only two choices for growth funds: Calamos Growth A Victory Diversified Stock and A. Being 22 years that we would make more sense for me?

The Fund Calamos 4-star Morningstar, but seems to be very, very volatile.

The Victory Fund has only 3-stars, but does not seem to have ups and downs.

What would you more experienced investors recommend I go with? Or should I split the money 50/50 I went in growth between them, or what? Thank you!

Being 22 years old, you can take more volatility.

However, Calamos is a mid-cap funds, the victory is a great mix of funds Cap ... they are two different types of funds because of the size of companies.

If I was you, I put some in both because you get exposure to mid-Cape ... 401K many are not exposed to medium capitalization.

I'm sure you can get your answers on this site.

Good luck and best wishes!

Overall I prefer Calamos. Do you have a good global fund? At your age that is where I would invest 50% of my money.
