Why run-down cafe in March February 20?

On February 20, 2010 March futures price of coffee has dropped significantly.

Can anyone give me some external factors (weather, politics) really anything that could explain why the price of coffee has fallen far.

My best guess is that the USDollar index was near a peak, and traders probably had a better idea of how many contracts took delivery in February 2010 vs. go to the store
