Commercial Property Investment Agents

As a Realtor specializing in investment properties, residential and commercial, I would like to know what are the best ways to market my services and products. I have access to residential properties that cash with almost no money down and are located in high growth areas of high appreciation, in particular in Branson, Missouri. Commercial properties have a high capitalization rates and very competitive with the rest of the nation.
