Db Etf

Db EtfForm 1065 Schedule K-What do I do with it for tax preparation?

I received this form for an index ETF DB goods. He suggests that I was a "partner". I sold the ETF in 2009. But there seems to have some capital losses and losses reportable income to report on the 2008 tax filing.
Ann-D I use for my business, but have no idea what to do with this form. Is it notifiable and where? Thank you!

You could say the Schedule K-1 (Form 1065). This should have come with instructions detailing exactly where the income / losses on the K-1.

If you do not have the instructions, here they are:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1065sk1. ...

The IRS instructions are useless. For each type of gain or loss, you will need the appropriate form. Ordinary business income goes to Annex E
Interest income on Schedule B
Schedule A deductions
AMT on Form 6251
More information on Form 4952
