Etf Bond Funds

Etf Bond FundsThen the Bank buy and sell stocks / funds / ETF / Bond / Option?

Bank may, as Wells Fargo, Wa Mu, BoA, ISIC, etc. (large banks) you can buy and sell stocks / funds / ETF / bonds / options, etc.? Do they offer a service like Scottrade, (online brokerage firm)?

What is the difference between banks and brokerage firms?

Almost all banks now offer brokerage services. Both banks and brokerage firms may also purchase securities for their own account.

Banks are regulated by a government agency (I forget which). brokerage firms are also regulated but not strictly. There really is not much difference other than a bank lends you money without any security. A brokerage firm will not.
