Find Stock Symbol

What website provides such information? I know that it exists because I visited some time ago, but did not write his name on the list. I find stocks of candidates in newspapers, research themselves, which requires their symbol.

There are several websites available that do this. Yahoo is one of them. Go to finance.yahoo.com and click Symbol Lookup in the bar near the center of the screen. This allows you to look at things by their name.
