Global Property Investment

Global Property InvestmentThe property is a good investment in Greenland?

With global warming they will be more and more grapes in 50 years.

You may be right. About 1000 years or so ago when the Vikings settled in Greenland, they called thus because it was literally a green earth. climate change, they had cattle there and farms etc. etc. However, it has been "and Greenland became too cold for normal life in Northern Europe favored by the Vikings. The climate could not support the farming techniques of the Vikings in other words. Many of the Vikings and then re-installed in New Found Land they called "the vine Land - lots of vines, apparently. Some are also installed on the continent of America [Canada] etc.. There are remains of Viking settlements in Newfoundland and along parts of the northern Atlantic coasts of Canada and the United States.

Yeah! Maybe Greenland is a good investment. Buy while houses and land are still cheap [I guess they are]. Remember - your question could be read / viewed by thousands of others. They will not even bother to post a reply. They are already en route to Greenland in front of you.

Do you have 200 years to the warming of the planet to have an impact on Greenland??

Never buy in an area that you're not familiar with. You are yourself to failure. Do your research before investing, even Real Estate.
Greenland is never a good investment regardless of the cheap.

The human race is not going to last 50 years.

You really need to buy a diesel, ethanol or electric cars.

The problem is the igloos tend to melt when the sun comes out.

"They will be more and more grapes in 50 years." Wow, you can not be serious.

Firstly, I think that global warming is man bull. The Earth has warmed and cooled throughout history alone millions of years and continue to do so regardless of what man does. The whole earth is warming a degree, on average, over the last 50 years does not concern me. I suppose that man has caused an ice age 10,000 years ago?

Anyway, back to investment: There are much better investment vehicles that the housing market in Greenland, which is something that I risk, and you know absolutely nothing. I do not pretend it's just that you should not invest in something you know little.

Stocks in the long term, better than a decent amount of real estate. Stocks have averaged a return of 12% per year since 1926, while real estate is normally you get 6% per year. Currently, most real estate markets like they take a dive in 2007.

Go with index funds or empty, the mutual funds at low costs. Keep your money in it for the long term.

That's why they called green. A few thousand years it was tropical! Go there and you could be the next Donald Trump.
