What type of four years is necessary, such control is desired, do I need to be certified finacial analyst First, this type of experience is desired in some areas and employment. I onlly have one year to two in the business ... So what is the track to follow this path to reach my goal. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Then you go and sound like you want to work "for" a hedge fund in existence. Completely different scenerio.

In both cases, you need experience with markets and a history of success, at least one year documented.

In both cases, you can hire a chartered financial analyst, if this is not your desire.
