Online Option Investing

Online Option InvestingCan you start investing online with only $ 4,000, and nothing else. What are my options? I am a medical student

$ 4000 and I have no money for a few years. Can I invest money online as e-commerce and expect to make money? Or do I need a constant flow of money to continue to invest.

We do not know what your goal is. If you have $ 4,000 you will not need many years, then go ahead and invest (I recommend a stock index fund mutual funds).

If you need to spend money over the next year or if you want to spend the interest money, then you should invest in investments to shorter term than paying interest - certificates of deposit or money money market, or even interest-bearing checking account.

If you're not having the money in time, no risk of the small (yes, 4000 dollars is a little) money you have.

If you're really dying to invest, finding a good broker who knows the market. ask him to invest for you. You're too busy with your studies to invest now. If you're a savvy investor to do the leg work for you, you can have a wad of cash Nice years from now.

Just remember with any type of investment, there is a level of risk.

HAHA! Yes you can, 2 years ago I started with 1000.
I now have over 20,000 (through the miracle of compounding)
Make sure you know what you do, you can lose very easily.
I have a return Toal annulized 60% so far for 2008.
Meaning I invest for 100 I get 160.
My only advice is that if you invest in something for $ 5, and it is up to 10 dollars. And you are uncertain of his future out! Sounds easy right? Believe me when you have high and arrogant its difficult to stay away from him.
Buy low and sell high cut your losses.
This is the line that you should live.

I agree with Yarcofin, you need to know what you do.
Choose your area (finance, medical, etc.) and begin to learn about companies in which you want to invest.

then choose the broker with whom you want to play with and open an account.

I found it very simple comparing the broker portal. a little rough, but it will.

You need a lot less than 4k start.

You can invest, or in a fund. If you are a medical student you will not really have time and your studies are more important.

Look for aggressive funds as CGMFX high yields and strong management.

I am an MD as well.

Diversity is the key.

Put yourself in this matter.

9000% in 10 months doing nothing.

In this crisis year, 1000% automatic!

You can make lots of money on stocks or forex, but you need to know what you are doing, or you may lose everything rather than do 100% per year.

I recommend just parking in an account of money market fund until you graduate.

1) Yes.
2) I suggest ETF.
