PnrzxHow can I buy "Jennison Natural Resources Z (PNRZX). It is a mutual fund.?

Please provide an educated answer-the-point. Their website indicates that this fund is offered to a small group on insvesters. How do I buy?

Check pp. 32-33 of the fund's prospectus.

Your best bet is probably a wrap account or an account at cost from Prudential.

It is, of course, easier to obtain other classes of shares.

In the prospectus:

"Qualifying for Class A to Z

Benefit Plans. Some retirement plans may purchase Class A shares at Z if they meet the minimum required for the amount of assets, the average balance of the account or the number of eligible employees. For more information on these requirements, call Prudential at (800) 353-2847.



Programs for Mutual Funds. Shares of Class A to Z can also be purchased by participants in a program unit price or trust program sponsored by Prudential or an affiliate that includes the Fund as an available option. Shares of Class A to Z can also be purchased by

investors in certain programs sponsored by broker-dealers, investment advisers and financial planners who have agreements with Prudential Investments Advisory Group relating to:


No mutual fund "wrap" or asset allocation programs where the sponsor places fund trades of, links its customers' accounts to a master account on behalf of the developer and its customers cost management , consulting or other fees for its services, or


No mutual fund "supermarket" programs where the sponsor links its clients' accounts to a master account in the name of the sponsor and the sponsor charges a fee for its services.



Brokers, investment advisors and financial planners sponsoring these mutual fund programs may offer their customers more than one class of shares in the Fund in connection with different pricing options for their programs. Investors should consider carefully any separate transaction and other fees charged by these programs within the framework of investment in each share class available before choosing a share class.
