How to start a private property syndicate success? I would like to create a syndicate of private property for investment success in Commecial Property. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction towards success.
I've never heard of "private property syndicate" However, it may very well be a term used outside the United States.
Just guessing that this is a term associated with the purchase of a large number of problems - or in liquidation of assets of a commercial nature - I do have some experience.
It is mega-dollars to get it going. You buy a number of articles of the commercial property (large field) bid prices and then try to sell to sell one by one.
I think only the very experienced real sense as solid as a rock can be done in this complicated case.
I bought and sold (bid) properties and it is difficult to access the needs of the property before the position of submission.
Frankly you win and you lose some - in these murky deals.
It takes a lot of money if you do not have it (with the factor of common sense), you will fail.
yeaph but I must charge you a good sum of money to enable you to know.
