Residential Property Investor

Residential Property InvestorWhat are the residential real estate investors?

Are they buying a house or are they people who buy and rent a property, or are they people who buy land and build properties for sale. What is the difference between a developer and an investor

I am a residential real estate investor. I buy and rent properties. Normally, I sell them too, but not now. I am currently holding everything until the market turns, but buying as much as I can.

Developers buy large chunks of land, build houses, roads, etc.

I do not know what the definitions of official manuals, but here's how I understand the definitions:

Residential property investors are those who have a rental property.

A developer develops - is based property - and usually sells the property to buyers (as owners) and uses the money to develop another project. If the property does not sell or that the project begins, the developer may retain ownership until the market improves or an investor has been found suitable.

An investor invests - provides money - in exchange for the property.

Developers usually seek property in the short term to buy a property, improve it and sell it for profit (in some years). An investor usually wants the property to buy property and collect rents, profits on the long term (decades).
