Considering IGW Semiconductor iShares ETF
Powershares ETF PSI Semiconductor.

Either the individual actions better? Any suggestions, in addition to Intel?

If you're not ready to do homework and check what to invest in semiconductor, Goldman ETFs are not bad. However, remember that this is not really diversified. One could say that this can reduce your beta in a sector.

I wonder about your first question though. They were beaten pretty bad and that makes some of them look cheap. However there will be willing to invest capital in the way the demands of the industry? I have doubts.

I will continue to play the semi-volatile and more networkers in rebounding, but with the exception of some speculative players IPR system, nothing in the long term.
