Small Cap Index

I would like to follow a performance of my mutual funds "is a reference cons, but I am unable to find on the site MSCIBarra ... Also, is it the ETF for this index? Thank you!

I could not find a specific symbol for the index. However, you can find the performance of the MSCI World ex U.S. Small Cap Index here:

It is called: WORLD SC ex U.S.. You can create a free account to see the graphics performance.

As what I have found through my research, it appears that this index is not trade as an ETF. However, due to the growth of the ETF industry, it is possible that you will see this as an ETF in the near future.
